2. Data that may be processed
- Technical and security data: IP address, request time, pages visited, referrer, browser and device information, and security logs.
- Analytics data: page views, sessions, interactions, traffic source and approximate location. This is processed only after you consent to analytics cookies.
- Contact data: your name, contact details, message and related records when you use the displayed telephone, email or WhatsApp channels for general contact, publications, identity verification or a security report. 4. Collection methods
Data is collected automatically through hosting and security logs, automatically through analytics technologies after consent, and by partly automated means when you contact the displayed telephone, email or WhatsApp channels. No service or introductory enquiry form is active on the website.
5. Recipients and international processing
Domestic and international transfers are carried out subject to Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
- Hosting, infrastructure and technical providers, to the limited extent required to operate and secure the website.
- Email, telephone or messaging providers, depending on the channel you choose to contact us.
- Google Analytics only after your consent; technical and analytics data may then be processed by Google outside Türkiye.
- Authorised public bodies where disclosure is required by law.
6. Retention
Data is retained only for the period required by the relevant purpose, legal obligations, provider settings and applicable limitation periods. It is then erased, destroyed or anonymised. Your analytics preference expires after six months.
7. Your rights
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used consistently with that purpose.
- Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
